A base
A concrete or crushed-concrete pad a little bigger than the building, or a 4" to 6" gravel base.
Blocks on hand
Or 2" to 4" solid concrete blocks every 8' along each runner; our driver positions them.
Permits and delivery.
Check your township
Permits and site prep are on the buyer. Anchor it, or run hardline electric or water, and most places count it as permanent and tax it.
Free within 50 miles
Most buildings deliver free within 50 miles of your dealer. Some builders charge for delivery; we confirm it on the quote.
