I cannot recommend Messer Auto enough! I originally took my car to Mavis, and they wanted to charge me almost $800 just to put a new alternator in. Knowing that was sky-high, I took it over to Messer Auto instead, and they charge me $375 which is basically what it would cost to buy the part myself and pay a fair rate for the install. Clint was absolutely amazing, incredibly informative, and completely budget-friendly throughout the whole process. They ended up replacing my water pump, serpentine belt, and alternator, and they did phenomenal work. It is so hard to find an honest, reliable mechanic these days, but the crew here are just genuinely great people who care about their customers. If you want top-tier work without getting ripped off, do yourself a favor and see Clint at Messer Auto. I will definitely be back!

My car's warranty, from the manufacturer, recently expired and of course it started acting up. I still took it to the dealership that I'd been taking it to while it was under warranty, but the cost of the repair was way more than I could afford. Messer Auto was able to do the repair at a much more affordable and fair price. Their customer service was also top notch. They were able to look at my car the same day and get the repair done in a timely manner. I've been driving the car around for a few days now and everything is acting normally. Overall, I had a great experience with Messer Auto.

My grand daughters Xterra has been blowing only cold air and with fall in full swing we couldn't let her freeze. We spoke with a young man named Joe who explained what he was going to look for, and when he diagnosed the issue he gave us a very thorough explanation of how he would address it. I can't express enough how much that level of transparency means to an older woman like me. Thank you Joe, from me and my grand daughter.

I had taken it to Messer and they had fixed it within a couple of days. Clint kept us informed and even showed us the problem. I will definitely be back for all my auto needs. My aunt came in for an overheating issue on her Armada, Joe called me and let me know everything that was going on with the car, showed me what was replaced and gave me great customer service, great place to go for any automotive issues.
