Wow, what can I say. We were in a bind and needed several dozen tags engraved on a tight timeline. We reached out to multiple companies and were either ghosted or told they could not handle the workload, despite their websites claiming otherwise. Most seemed focused only on trophies or other things in that category. Josh at PrimeCore Precision stepped in and took excellent care of our company's needs from start to finish. He worked with stainless steel, brass, and aluminum, delivering everything exactly to spec with flawless results. He also walked us through multiple finish options, design approaches, and font choices, which made the process easy and efficient. He had sample designs sent over within 24 hours. As a nice surprise, he even included a sample engraved tumbler when we picked up the order. The quality, communication, and turnaround were outstanding. 10 out of 10 service. We will absolutely be long term clients.

Josh was truly AMAZING! From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to make sure my engraving was exactly what I wanted. He didn't rush me or make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Instead, he worked with me every step of the way and even showed me what the finished engraving would look like before placing it in my watch. We train working dogs for various jobs. We needed some high grade tags for identifaction. Stopped by to have some titanium dog tags engraved and the work came out great. He put a photo of the dog on one side and contact info on the other. When I picked up the tags, I dropped off some tumblers. When I picked up the tumblers, I ended up ordering a rifle. You see the pattern here, I keep coming back because he is always doing cool stuff. Fair pricing, fast turnaround, and quality work. Other places said the engraving could not be done, but PrimeCore handled it without an issue. EDIT: Came back and ordered my first couple suppressors. Very simple process. We did the electronic EFT fingerprints and paperwork in far less time than I imagined. In and out within an hour for form submissions and EFT's for 3 suppressors. Very fair pricing, too.

Price was a little more than we were expecting but after seeing the care and quality of engraving, it was worth it. We dropped off 72 Yeti tumblers to have a company name on 1 side and company logo on the other for our B2B marketing event. No issues. On time service. Prompt and responsive. Some of the cups he added extra color to on the stainless under the powder coating from Yeti. Didn't know you could do that.

I've used Josh for several different services now, and the experience is always top-notch. He does excellent work across the board, whether it's handling FFL transfers, custom engraving, dealing with bullion, or high-end auto detailing.
