Throughout that time, his communication with us was flawless, even answering his phone apart from normal business hours or during personal time on weekends. With each (electronic) paperwork transaction during the entire purchasing and selling process Erik would immediately follow up for verification to put our minds at ease. As Erik predicted, our house was on the market for 3 days only. Within 4 hours after our first Open House we received 3 bids; and gladly accepted one which was $30,000 over our asking price. That just makes me even more qualified to brag about him.
