Best place in Port Huron to hang out!
I need to try everything on the menu! Love the old-timey style. It's incredibly interesting! And the waitresses are very warm and inviting.
Absolutely the best meal I've had in a VERY long time! I have MANY food sensitivities and the owners REALLY CARED! They went over them all with me and created this magnificent meal! Also, I'm on a weighed and measured food plan and he measured everything out and applied an amazing spice mixture too! We'll be back soon for sure!
Stopped in for the first time today. The owners Angie and Sean have got a great thing going there! I had the VooDoo Shrimp and an Americano. Both were great! I will definitely be back!
Fresh food, made with love and style.. I highly recommend 👌
We are there and it felt like i was eating real food.
We’ve visited twice and were lucky enough to have Melissa serve us once and Dominique the other time. Both were wonderful—kind, attentive, personable, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It says a lot when you receive such great service no matter who takes care of you. We’ll absolutely be returning!
So far we've only had breakfast and espresso here, but everything was so good. And everyone was kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
My party of two visited Soul Back, and we absolutely loved it! We ordered the French Quarter dish and a ramen bowl—though I can’t remember the name, it was incredible. The backstory on the menu matched the whole vibe perfectly, and the Louisiana décor brought such a fun, lively atmosphere. The food was fabulous, the vibe was spot-on, and we can’t wait to go back!
Best safe/fun place in town. Fill that belly. Get your caffeine. Make a new friend. Bring a book. Stay a while. Love,. Quinny
The moment I walked in the door.... I felt welcome. I wanted to have a coffee and introduce myself. Angie greeted my like an old friend. I found "Great Food", good people and desire to help the cause. I've been delivering menus and telling people about "Soulback" ever since. A short walk from the downtown bus station. The "Sober Bar" is accessable using public transit.
We enjoyed our first meal at The Soulback last week. Service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. Looking forward to returning soon.
The food is fantastic, the menu is easy to understand, portions are big but not huge, and the staff are SO friendly!!✨ The atmosphere is definitely a specific vibe that isn't necessarily for everyone, but I really enjoyed it! (Of you don't like Jazz musicians or voodoo, you might want to order takeout) 10/10 will 100% be here again.
Great vibe, will be back!
The coffee was great and the ramen was so good. If you're dining in, the place has a cool vibe. Definitely worth checking out.
Listen! I ordered to go for lunch, got home and enjoyed every bite of food and every sip of my coffee! I then called to tell them I’m disappointed they didn’t open sooner! 😂 soul good!! Like seriously! Flavors that make you dance!
Great food and amazing people! I recommend everyone to check them out. The chef is top notch!
Beautiful place full of beautiful people. Creative menu and amazing coffee. The best coffee/eatery spot I've been to hands down.
Impressive, voodoo shrimp was excellent. Good place for meeting after a meeting. Or meeting before the meeting. Peanut butter coffee was pretty good too. Always nice to have a place to go
Went out with a very special friend who always pushes me to try new things, and try new things, we did. We had a lovely dinner in a place that felt welcoming, with music performed from the heart and soul, an owner who was ecstatic that we showed up, and staff that seemed to enjoy themselves and want to be there. The food was tasty and the drinks refreshing, but what truly sticks out to me is the "present in the moment" atmosphere of the place, and I truly felt like we were wanted, which isn't something I can say about a lot of establishments anymore (this comment kinda makes me feel old lol). I am saddened I do not live close enough to be there for their true opening day, but I hope their journey goes well, and I can't wait to see them again in the future!!!
Beautiful bar, kind staff, very come as you are relaxing atmosphere, and a meal to remember. Nothing quite like it
