Anything is possible when you design your home with Vitale Real Estate. Choose one of our floor plans or a fully custom design, in one of our communities or on a lot you already own. We present renderings you can edit on site, so you picture the home before it is built.

A formal yet pressure-free consultation with one of our sales professionals and our architect. The goal is to grasp the idea of your dream home and what is driving it, then align it with your financial plan.

Design your home
Choose one of our floor plans or a fully custom design, in any location you choose, even a privately owned lot. Renderings you can edit on site. With active collaboration, design and pricing can be finalized in as little as 30 to 60 days.

A personalized consultation led by one of the market's leading interior designers: a concierge service for the design and selections of everything in your home.

Build + warranty
Construction led by a team with over 25 years in the industry, tracked in fully integrated scheduling software. It concludes with a one-year concierge all-inclusive warranty and a ten-year structural warranty.
