The brief
The homeowners wanted a modern farmhouse that felt both fresh and inviting. Their vision was to combine crisp whites with the warmth of natural wood, creating a home that is light and airy, yet comfortable and lived-in.
We set the tone with a striking black brick exterior, contrasted by warm woods and earthy stonework: a balance of edgy and inviting. Inside, that same feeling continues. Crisp white backdrops are layered with rich wood textures and bold black accents, all elevated by elegant touches of gold.
From fixtures to trim, these grounding details bring cohesion, depth, and contrast throughout the home. The result is a modern farmhouse that balances simplicity with cozy charm, blending open, bright spaces with warm textures and bold details.
