How EZE-Bikes was born.

EZE Bikes Electric Bicycles is a terrific shop. I made the 50 minute drive from my home 2 times while trying to decide. On the first trip I test rode 4 bikes and talked at length with the helpful staff. This was a big purchase decision for me and I couldn’t make up my mind. I decided to go home and think about it. There was no pressure at all from the staff. The next day I called Wes and informed him of my decision to go with the Lectric XP4 750 extended range step-thru. I then headed to the shop. When I got there he was putting the finishing touches on the bike and installing the optional seat that I wanted. The entire experience was very comfortable. There is a good vibe in the store….. very welcoming. I’m very happy with the bike and I’m pleased that it fits nicely in the back seat area of my Chevy Silverado. Also it’s important to me to have a brick and mortar business available to provide service. All in all it has been a very pleasant experience.

I just have to say how thankful I am for the owners here. They are so kind, and you can tell they truly care about the people who come into their shop. That’s not something you see every day. They were incredibly patient and took the time to help my son and me. Their customer service was truly above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an e- bike!!

My wife and I have been looking to get e bikes for a while and we had decided on lectric brand e bikes. We were looking to test them out in person and stumbled upon eze- bikes as an authorized dealer. The experience was fantastic from start to finish, they were very thorough with everything. Ensuring we got quality bikes with no problems, they even stayed late to assemble the bikes for us as we drove from over an hour away to look at and eventually decided to purchase. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. My husband and I had been looking into getting E-Bikes for about 3 years. Recently, we finally decided to get them! We had researched for a long time, and decided we wanted Lectric brand. Ordering online seemed like our only option, and we really preferred to purchase in person, check them out, test ride, etc. I stumbled upon EZE-Bikes while searching. Although they were a little over an hour away from us, we decided to go. I am so glad we did! It was an incredible experience. From start to finish, everyone in this store went above and beyond for us. They were very informative when we asked questions, but were never pushy. I didn't feel swayed anyway at all, just honest information. After we did our test rides, we definitely decided to purchase our Lectric Bikes. The owner didn't have the model my husband wanted in stock, but due to the fact we lived a good distance away, and that Saturday was our only day off work together, the owner went to his warehouse and picked up the model my husband wanted to purchase. Not only that, I was purchasing a floor model, and he brought back a new, in-box model of mine instead, so we both had brand-new, fresh out of the box bikes! They put both bikes together, performed safety checks, and helped bring them out to our truck! They worked past their business hours to ensure we could take our bikes home that day! From start to finish, they went above and beyond for us. They are very good people, with a very good business. It was well worth every minute of that drive to come here! I HIGHLY recommend stopping into EZE-Bikes if you are in the market for an E-Bike. The hospitality you will experience is unmatched. Great place to buy your E-bike. We’ve been to several E-bike stores and this place had the biggest E-bike selection. Friendly easy going people Wes and Margaret made us feel welcome. Glad we didn’t buy online and found this place. They service the bike for a year like tune ups. My son and I got to try out several bikes. Son bought the Lectric Xpeak2 with his military discount and is very happy with his purchase. Will definitely come back here to buy mine in the future. Highly recomend!

We had the best service at EZE-Bikes!! Margret was very friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful!!! Our hour and a half round trip was well worth the experience of personal guidance in finding the perfect bike for my husband and myself. We were going to purchase online. EZE bikes owner and staff were very helpful in finding electric bikes for my husband and I. We wanted a store with a variety of e bikes to try for fit, while also hoping to meet our list of desired criteria for electric bikes. They had plenty of electric bikes to try out, a loop around the building to ride for testing, and were most helpful in getting us bikes to try. We found two bikes that fit all our criteria and are great fun! We also purchased a bike rack as well. It is an excellent bike rack(Hollywood). Our bikes are NCM CRU7 and CRU7S. We are very happy with them! They are great for paved trails, dirt roads and easy non paved trails. My husband needed to adjust the brakes and tweak the derailers after we got home. They have been great fun and a comfortable ride with the added suspension seats. It was worth the 90 minute drive to this bike shop to have so many E bikes available to try out and available for purchase. Their sevice was excellent! Because of the illness i have with nerve damage e bikes are a great way for us to get out in nature with very little stress on my body. We are looking forward to many adventures on our bikes!

I drove 2hrs today to the EZE Bike store for the first time to look at e-bikes I’ve never ridden one before. I was surprised of the large selection of bikes that they had. The owners were very helpful and informative. I told them what I was looking for and they gave good suggestions on different models. There is a nice subdivision behind the store to try out bikes and get a feel for the them on flat areas and hills. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for an e-bike. Definitely 5+ star rating.

So after 3 years of research and 2 years of almost buying an Aventon e-bike I finally did it purchased my bike. First, Wes answered the phone at 7:45 am even though the store didn’t open until noon GREAT DEDICATED SERVICE. Wes and Margaret were lovely, helpful, patient, and most of all pleasant to work with. Any adjustments needed to the bike Wes took care of before I left the store. Margaret made sure I was satisfied with my choice of e-bike and purchase. When I left Eze -Bike shop after 5 hrs of being there (I was still deciding which Aventon to purchase) I felt more like I had been on a family visit than at a bike shop. It isn’t my local bike shop I drove 35 minutes to this bike shop and will do it again in a heartbeat. Please support small businesses you find the most wonderful people.

First I just want to say the owners are both fantastic! Even if you show up there and it’s closed, if you call they will still let you in to look at what they have. We did end up purchasing 2 e-bikes and got them fairly quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Update: After 4 years with my Bintelli Florence model bike, I purchased my second e-bike. This time a Velotric Discover 2. What I like about the new Velotric: It's a great cruiser bike. I sit more upright than over the handle bars. My back thanked me! Being on the shorter side, getting on and off the bike is easy. My hips thanked me! It handles very well and I have more confidence on long trail rides. The battery last a long time between charging. 75 mile range! I love the boost assist for when I need to keep up with my husband on our rides. Thank you Wes for once again helping me with the purchase of a new e-bike so I can continue to enjoy many trail rides. I bought my e-bike a year ago. Wes was very knowledgeable about the bikes in his shop. He listened to what I needed in a new bike and suggested the Florence Model by Bintelli. It is exactly what I was looking for. I'm an older rider with some hip problems. The step through bike is very easy to get on and off. He also changed out the seat for a more comfortable one. Since purchasing the bike, I've ridden it over 1000 miles. My husband and I love biking the many trails here in MI. I recently brought the bike back into the shop for routine maintenance to get it ready for this upcoming bike season. Wes did a great job of tuning it up. Thank you again for the great service. I purchased my bike at EZE-Bikes and found them to be amazing. The owners and customer service were wonderful and did not disappoint. I have had no issues with my bike and it rides great. I also purchased a bike rack the same day (the lights on my rack were custom made for me). Last week I asked the owners if they could get me the Rack Valet for my bike rack and they did not hesitate to order. Within 1 week my storage rack was ready. It was even delivered to me! Wes and his team are fantastic! My boyfriend got a Magnum Cruiser a couple years ago and loves it so much he just got me the Magnum Low Rider! I went to 3 other bike shops first and test road about 10 E-bikes a lot of them I liked but nothing felt right. Then I remembered this place , my husband and I went to check them out and I found one that felt wonderful! They had so many different brands so many different styles, my husband also bought one but it didn’t fit him right they ordered him one like mine. I'm totally new to ebikes and Wes took the time to help me find the right bike for me, test drive, and decide. Now I have a bike I am totally comfortable with (huge for me as a bigger guy)! They also delivered my bike for me within hours! I can't wait to go back!

I came here to fix my bike to take back to college, and fully expected to be turned away because it was an older bike. However, Wes was very kind, came outside and checked it out instead of me bringing it in. Without any question, he filled my air up, replaced my bike screws and patiently adjusted my seat. He even told me that he didn't want any pay, but I insisted because I was touched by his kindness. EZE Bikes Electric Bicycles is a terrific shop. I made the 50 minute drive from my home 2 times while trying to decide. On the first trip I test rode 4 bikes and talked at length with the helpful staff. This was a big purchase decision for me and I couldn’t make up my mind. I decided to go home and think about it. There was no pressure at all from the staff. The next day I called Wes and informed him of my decision to go with the Lectric XP4 750 extended range step-thru. I then headed to the shop. When I got there he was putting the finishing touches on the bike and installing the optional seat that I wanted. The entire experience was very comfortable. There is a good vibe in the store….. very welcoming. I’m very happy with the bike and I’m pleased that it fits nicely in the back seat area of my Chevy Silverado. Also it’s important to me to have a brick and mortar business available to provide service. All in all it has been a very pleasant experience.

I just have to say how thankful I am for the owners here. They are so kind, and you can tell they truly care about the people who come into their shop. That’s not something you see every day. They were incredibly patient and took the time to help my son and me. Their customer service was truly above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an e- bike!!

My husband and I had been looking into getting E-Bikes for about 3 years. Recently, we finally decided to get them! We had researched for a long time, and decided we wanted Lectric brand. Ordering online seemed like our only option, and we really preferred to purchase in person, check them out, test ride, etc. I stumbled upon EZE-Bikes while searching. Although they were a little over an hour away from us, we decided to go. I am so glad we did! It was an incredible experience. From start to finish, everyone in this store went above and beyond for us. They were very informative when we asked questions, but were never pushy. I didn't feel swayed anyway at all, just honest information. After we did our test rides, we definitely decided to purchase our Lectric Bikes. The owner didn't have the model my husband wanted in stock, but due to the fact we lived a good distance away, and that Saturday was our only day off work together, the owner went to his warehouse and picked up the model my husband wanted to purchase. Not only that, I was purchasing a floor model, and he brought back a new, in-box model of mine instead, so we both had brand-new, fresh out of the box bikes! They put both bikes together, performed safety checks, and helped bring them out to our truck! They worked past their business hours to ensure we could take our bikes home that day! From start to finish, they went above and beyond for us. They are very good people, with a very good business. It was well worth every minute of that drive to come here! Great place to buy your E-bike. We’ve been to several E-bike stores and this place had the biggest E-bike selection. Friendly easy going people Wes and Margaret made us feel welcome. Glad we didn’t buy online and found this place. They service the bike for a year like tune ups. My son and I got to try out several bikes. Son bought the Lectric Xpeak2 with his military discount and is very happy with his purchase. Will definitely come back here to buy mine in the future. Highly recomend!

Our hour and a half round trip was well worth the experience of personal guidance in finding the perfect bike for my husband and myself. We were going to purchase online. EZE bikes owner and staff were very helpful in finding electric bikes for my husband and I. We wanted a store with a variety of e bikes to try for fit, while also hoping to meet our list of desired criteria for electric bikes. They had plenty of electric bikes to try out, a loop around the building to ride for testing, and were most helpful in getting us bikes to try. We found two bikes that fit all our criteria and are great fun! We also purchased a bike rack as well. It is an excellent bike rack(Hollywood). Our bikes are NCM CRU7 and CRU7S. We are very happy with them! They are great for paved trails, dirt roads and easy non paved trails. My husband needed to adjust the brakes and tweak the derailers after we got home. They have been great fun and a comfortable ride with the added suspension seats. It was worth the 90 minute drive to this bike shop to have so many E bikes available to try out and available for purchase. Their sevice was excellent! Because of the illness i have with nerve damage e bikes are a great way for us to get out in nature with very little stress on my body. We are looking forward to many adventures on our bikes!

I drove 2hrs today to the EZE Bike store for the first time to look at e-bikes I’ve never ridden one before. I was surprised of the large selection of bikes that they had. The owners were very helpful and informative. I told them what I was looking for and they gave good suggestions on different models. There is a nice subdivision behind the store to try out bikes and get a feel for the them on flat areas and hills. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for an e-bike. Definitely 5+ star rating.

So after 3 years of research and 2 years of almost buying an Aventon e-bike I finally did it purchased my bike. First, Wes answered the phone at 7:45 am even though the store didn’t open until noon GREAT DEDICATED SERVICE. Wes and Margaret were lovely, helpful, patient, and most of all pleasant to work with. Any adjustments needed to the bike Wes took care of before I left the store. Margaret made sure I was satisfied with my choice of e-bike and purchase. When I left Eze -Bike shop after 5 hrs of being there (I was still deciding which Aventon to purchase) I felt more like I had been on a family visit than at a bike shop. It isn’t my local bike shop I drove 35 minutes to this bike shop and will do it again in a heartbeat. Please support small businesses you find the most wonderful people.

First I just want to say the owners are both fantastic! Even if you show up there and it’s closed, if you call they will still let you in to look at what they have. We did end up purchasing 2 e-bikes and got them fairly quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Update: After 4 years with my Bintelli Florence model bike, I purchased my second e-bike. This time a Velotric Discover 2. What I like about the new Velotric: It's a great cruiser bike. I sit more upright than over the handle bars. My back thanked me! Being on the shorter side, getting on and off the bike is easy. My hips thanked me! It handles very well and I have more confidence on long trail rides. The battery last a long time between charging. 75 mile range! I love the boost assist for when I need to keep up with my husband on our rides. Thank you Wes for once again helping me with the purchase of a new e-bike so I can continue to enjoy many trail rides. I bought my e-bike a year ago. Wes was very knowledgeable about the bikes in his shop. He listened to what I needed in a new bike and suggested the Florence Model by Bintelli. It is exactly what I was looking for. I'm an older rider with some hip problems. The step through bike is very easy to get on and off. He also changed out the seat for a more comfortable one. Since purchasing the bike, I've ridden it over 1000 miles. My husband and I love biking the many trails here in MI. I recently brought the bike back into the shop for routine maintenance to get it ready for this upcoming bike season. Wes did a great job of tuning it up. Thank you again for the great service. I purchased my bike at EZE-Bikes and found them to be amazing. The owners and customer service were wonderful and did not disappoint. I have had no issues with my bike and it rides great. I also purchased a bike rack the same day (the lights on my rack were custom made for me). Last week I asked the owners if they could get me the Rack Valet for my bike rack and they did not hesitate to order. Within 1 week my storage rack was ready. It was even delivered to me! Then I remembered this place , my husband and I went to check them out and I found one that felt wonderful! They had so many different brands so many different styles, my husband also bought one but it didn’t fit him right they ordered him one like mine.
