Est. 2016 · Novi, Michigan
Quality is a record.
Fenix Ammunition is Michigan’s premier ammunition manufacturer, located in the Metro Detroit area — a deliberate nod to the days when Detroit was the “Arsenal of Democracy.” As shooting enthusiasts, the founders were tired of the constant problems with run-of-the-mill “range ammo” and reloads, where quality had taken a backseat to quantity.
So they threw out the standard way of doing things and built a process from scratch with one aim: building ammunition as if the customer’s life may one day depend on it. That process now runs Six Sigma and statistical process control, holds tolerances tighter than mil-spec, and traces every lot cradle-to-grave from component parts to the finished product.
Whether you’re training CQB tactics or shooting a local IDPA, USPSA, or 3-Gun match, the line covers training, competition, defensive, and subsonic loads — sold direct, at the counter, and through dealers. Fenix Ammunition, LLC holds Type 06, 07, and 08 Federal Firearms Licenses, a Class 02 SOT, and ITAR registration.
What the phoenix stands for
Made in Novi
Every round is manufactured at the W 10 Mile facility with American-made components — not imported, not re-bagged, not mystery reloads.
Traced, Not Trusted
Cradle-to-grave lot tracing from component to finished bag. Six Sigma and statistical process control keep tolerances tighter than mil-spec.
Purpose-Built Loads
A deliberately narrow caliber lineup — 9mm, .40, .45, 10mm, .223/5.56, .300 BLK — so every variety within them is dialed.
Arsenal of Democracy
Detroit built the ammo that won a war. Fenix exists to bring that manufacturing home to Michigan, one traced lot at a time.
