Woah! Now this is the very best fast causal Mediterranean food in Michigan! I have tried every spot you can think of and this place is just set their standards so much higher. The kabob is delicious and possibly the best chicken shawarma sandwich I’ve ever ate! Can’t wait to come back and try everything else.

5 stars across the board! I've been here a few times and each time the food was delicious and flavorful. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating and the portion sizes are unmatched in the area. It's becoming my new favorite spot! P.S. The Falafel is made to perfection every time; thank you HOH 🥹

We catered this restaurant for our daughter’s birthday and the food was amazing, the kabob was tender and flavorful. Staff was great and everyone loved the food. Will definitely come back again!

Rhonda was super friendly and helpful. Wanted to make sure everything was to our liking. Highly recommended for a healthy fast food option. Hand down the best shwarma in town!! And the bowls are delicious as well!! Next I need to try the fries!!

Super service in the drive thru. Very patient and helpful while placing order. Food is very tasty. This location is open late as compared to similar restaurants.

I was very impressed with the quality of the food. The shawarma burger was excellent, and the chicken cream chop was AMAZING. The ranch was a pleasant surprise, and the jalapeño hummus had a great balance of spice and creaminess. Overall, a very solid experience—I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

First visit was drive thru. In the area on Business. Had to try the Shawarma Burger I'd seen in their window. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent. Enough for 2 meals. I eat a fair amount of middle Eastern food. This shawarma was among the best I've had in the area. I can't wait to try the Chicken Cream Chop.

Amazing from the second we walked in! Al and the crew went above and beyond. They have an amazing selection on the menu. Everything we had was delicious… best chicken cream chop wrap I've ever had! I love that you can see them prep your food in front of you...everything was extremely clean. Do yourself a favor and stop in today!

I placed an online order and it was ready within 10 minutes. Such a good family vibe I love how friendly the staff is especially Jacob. He hooked up my order and he gave me free drinks. You’re the best Jacob God bless you and everyone at house of hummus in Shelby! Ps: switch to coke products not Pepsi 🤗 lol

The woman behind the counter asked "Have you eaten here before?" I replied with "its my first time." She said "you'll be back!" Boy was she right. They give you a hefty amount of food in there bowls! After my second visit within the last 3 weeks. I can say this place is really good.

OMG! My new favorite take out place! My boyfriend grabbed a couple bowls, best dinner EVER! It's on my way home from work(bartender) they are open late! They will be seeing me a lot in the future!

Employees are really friendly. Food is fresh and portions are generous. I have small kids, so the drive through is huge for us. I love the food, but that is so helpful. I just wish the ingredients for the bowls were easily listed on the drive through menu. That is literally my only complaint about this place!

House of Hummus is so good!! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great!! I like to order the chicken kafta on my build your own bowl and then cut it up so there is a piece in every bite.

Came in tonight to get some food and had such a good experience. Calvin, Chris and Delilah were so friendly! They got our order done so quickly and made some great suggestions for our bowls! Honestly made our food with love and tasted so fresh, highly recommend!

Really solid local spot. The staff is always friendly and they genuinely try to take care of you. You can tell they appreciate their customers. The food is consistently good and comes out fresh every time I’ve been there. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.
