What we build
Every frame is built in-house in Crothersville. Both Tader and Keith Masters are on the floor for setup and parts questions during shop hours.
Late ModelThe car that has won almost every major dirt late model event on the calendar. Built to your spec, on the jig, with setup support from the people who welded it.
ModifiedOur Modified program — frames, cockpits and decks built on the same jigs and to the same tolerances as the late model cars.
ShocksWe were the first dirt late model chassis manufacturer to bring shocks in-house. Complete rebuild, revalve and service for most major brands, with an emphasis on Ohlins and AFCO.
PartsA newly expanded facility stocked with the parts and accessories to satisfy your racing needs — bodies, bars, birdcages, hardware, and the components that go on our own cars.
Modified pricing
Current deposit pricing, straight from the shop. Late model chassis are priced to spec — call or start a build sheet and we will quote your car.
Normally $8,400. Bare frame, powder coated, ready for your build.
Normally $11,100. Frame plus cockpit and deck — the fastest way to a rolling Modified.
Bare chassis through turnkey car. We build to your track, your motor and your driving style.

First in the sport
Keeping up with the latest innovations, MasterSbilt Race Cars was the first Dirt Late Model chassis manufacturer to bring shocks in-house. That means we can hand you a shock absorber package built for the chassis it is bolted to, not a generic set off a shelf.
We offer complete rebuild, revalve and service for most major brands, with an emphasis on Ohlins and AFCO products. Send yours in over the winter and get them back valved for the tracks you actually run.
We have also fielded a House Car — the #71 of Martinsville, Indiana driver Don O'Neal — through the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the crown jewel events. What that team learns goes straight back into your car.
How a build happens
No portal, no waiting on an email. You talk to the people who build the car.
Class, track, motor, and what the current car does wrong. Start a build sheet here or call the shop at 812.793.3666.
Tader or Keith walks the spec with you — chassis, shock package, bodies, and what it will cost. You get a real number, not a range.
A deposit puts you on the build sheet with a date. You know when your frame goes on the jig.
Joshua Wells runs the jig room and lays the welds. Same fixtures, same tolerances, every frame.
You leave with setup sheets and a phone number that gets answered during shop hours. We want the car fast, not just sold.
January 15–16 · only 80 seats
Two days at the shop in Crothersville, Friday January 15th and Saturday January 16th. Late Models and Modifieds are both covered, with break-out sessions for each so you are not sitting through an hour on a car you do not run.
Hands-on training in the shop as well as classroom sessions. Bring your setup questions and your notebook.
Come in Thursday night January 14th for the open house party. Eighty seats total, and they go.

Find the shop
Take I-65 to Exit 36 and turn north onto US Highway 31. The MasterSbilt facility is on the west side of US-31 about half a mile from the ramp. Cars ship nationwide, and five distributors cover PA, SD, NC, AL and TX.
