President and CEO Ron Hantz carries over 30 years of active law enforcement — Master Instructor Trainer for the Strategies & Tactics of Patrol Stops officer-survival program (one of only three promoted to that status out of nearly 4,500 STOPS instructors in the United States), use-of-force expert witness in federal and state courts, and former Vice President of the Mishawaka FOP Lodge 96.
Every Pro Train instructor is specially trained, active or retired law enforcement and military: SWAT team leaders, K9 handlers, DEA task force officers, academy instructors, hostage negotiators, and street-crimes commanders — a cadre that teaches from the front line, not a slideshow.
A big part of Pro Train's success is how students feel when they leave: empowered, confident, and carrying a tactical mindset back to their tour of duty. That is the goal in four words — saving the lives of cops.
