Assembled, purged and collimated in the clean room, then bench-checked. You get the actual data for the tubes in your device, not a category average.

Delivered and supported
Insured shipping or pick it up in Roseville, with the warranty in writing. One person stays on it — one on one until the job gets done.

In writing, before you buy
Intensifiers
New image intensifiers carry a 5-year warranty from date of manufacture. Used tubes carry 1 year, and past that our customer satisfaction program repairs or replaces at modified pricing.
Housings
If we assemble, purge and collimate the unit, the housing is covered for life. If a specific housing or tube is no longer available for replacement, we source the closest equivalent at the best cost we can get.
Damage & ITAR
Negligence or misuse is determined by inspection and disassembly, with modified pricing to get you running again fast. Everything sold under ITAR restriction must be used, stored and resold accordingly.
