How a relationship starts
A solid foundation comes first. Three segments, each built on the one before it, so by the end you have a roadmap rather than a filing.
An in-depth financial analysis of the business — key performance indicators, revenue streams, expense patterns — to find the strengths and the openings. Financial statements, tax efficiency basics, documentation, record keeping and bank accounts all get looked at.
Analysis turns into action: tailored recommendations to improve operating and tax efficiency. Paying yourself through the business, auto expenses, tax payment planning, business use of home, meals and entertainment, reasonable compensation, expense reimbursements.
One-on-one guidance while you actually implement. Ongoing mentorship is how a recommendation becomes a result — and by the end of this phase you have a clear roadmap and the confidence to make decisions on it.
