Meet Lorrena
She made Major as herself.
Retired U.S. Army Major · TEDx Speaker · The Imposter Interrupter™

For 25 years, the Army showed Lorrena Black what a leader was supposed to look like: hard, loud, not soft, not girly. Every time she tried to be someone else, it fell flat. She made Major as herself.
The gap between who you are and who you are performing is where imposter syndrome lives. Lorrena lived it in uniform, under more pressure to conform than any company imposes.
Today she brings that to keynotes, workshops and coaching, with the R.A.L.L.Y.™ Method as a framework, not a pep talk. She still interrupts her own imposter syndrome, and says so. That is the message.
Before any title or stage, she is a woman of faith, a wife and a mother.
