Metro Helping Hands

A food pantry, two mornings every week.

Metro runs a food pantry two mornings each week. We help those in need by providing nutritious food and a loving introduction to the love of Christ. In conjunction with United Way 211 and Forgotten Harvest, referrals are sent to us and appointments are made for clients.

Many of our congregational members bring in items on a weekly basis. Specific needs are listed in the bulletin. By providing for earthly needs, it is our goal not only to please our Lord and Savior, but to introduce Him to those who may not know about the grace and forgiveness that He can give them.
