What we've learned putting arms on lifts across Southwest Florida.
Raise to the height indicator, pin the arms, lock the turnbuckles, then everything else: canvas off, drain plug in, lift motor breaker off, and the one thing most owners forget.
If you can walk to all four pilings, you want the Standard system. If your lift only touches the dock on one side, OPLS engages the outer pilings for you at storm height.
Marine-grade aluminum and stainless last as long as your lift does, and salt water is still patient. What we look at on an annual inspection, and why the report matters.
