We had Nick from FenGuard come out to inspect our home, and we were impressed from the start. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire inspection. He took his time, was very thorough, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us understand what was going on and finding the right solution. My experience with Fenguard Pest Control was first rate. They went out of their way to accommodate my urgent need. They arrived promptly and completed their inspection complete with photos answerering all my questions. They were professional and courteous.

We recently heard noises in our attic and had FenGuard come out to inspect it. They checked everything thoroughly—even on one of the hottest days of the year—and confirmed that while something may have been there before, nothing is there now. The team was very courteous and respectful of our home. They even wore shoe covers, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and they gave us real peace of mind. Early Sunday morning 5:30 I got a call from a member of our senior citizen co-op apartment, stating she had a bird trapped in her bathroom. I started making calls to critter removal companies. Early on Sunday morning FenGuard was the first to call me back. They set up a time to come out, and we're a few minutes early. Nicholas, was very professional and removed what turned out to be a BAT. Nicholas is not just an employee, Nicholas is the small business owner, and United States veteran. Nicholas was kind, courteous, and very professional. And his pricing was extremely reasonable!!! Happy to give this young man a five-star rating!!!

Excellent service. Nick ended up coming to my house four times to make sure that no more bats would be getting into my house. He explained about the bats being protected in Michigan and made a one-way exit door from my attic, so the bats could safely leave but not return. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would. He also communicated when he would show up and explained the whole process. He was easy to get a hold of via text. I would highly recommend this company for any type of bat or mice problem. I wish other companies would be as reliable and responsive as Fenguard.
