Early Sunday morning 5:30 I got a call from a member of our senior citizen co-op apartment, stating she had a bird trapped in her bathroom. I started making calls to critter removal companies. Early on Sunday morning FenGuard was the first to call me back. They set up a time to come out, and we're a few minutes early. Nicholas, was very professional and removed what turned out to be a BAT. Nicholas is not just an employee, Nicholas is the small business owner, and United States veteran. Nicholas was kind, courteous, and very professional. And his pricing was extremely reasonable!!! Happy to give this young man a five-star rating!!!

Excellent service. Nick ended up coming to my house four times to make sure that no more bats would be getting into my house. He explained about the bats being protected in Michigan and made a one-way exit door from my attic, so the bats could safely leave but not return. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would. He also communicated when he would show up and explained the whole process. He was easy to get a hold of via text. I would highly recommend this company for any type of bat or mice problem. I wish other companies would be as reliable and responsive as Fenguard.
