The business has passed from one generation to the next without leaving the family. Master builder Frank Moceri leads the fourth generation today, from the studio on University Drive in Auburn Hills.

Master builder
More than forty-five years directing nearly every type of residential and commercial construction. For over three decades he has led the design and construction of hundreds of luxury homes and condominiums in Oakland Township, Northville, Bloomfield, Orion Township, Macomb and South Lyon.
Custom homes and estates · fourth generation
A graduate of Northwood University, his father’s and his uncle Mario’s alma mater. He interned with the company through college and today works directly with clients on large-scale custom homes and estates.
Architect
Award-winning, with classical training in Florence. He draws the exclusive Architectural Collection and every custom home in-house, so the design and the build never leave one team.

Pinnacle Reserve, Kingsridge Reserve, Artemis Villa and Lavender Ridge are Moceri developments. The site plan, the roads and the phases are ours, so the answer to any question about your lot is in the same office as your drawings.
