The build

Developed and built by Moceri, start to finish.

Moceri plans the community, builds the roads and the amenities, and builds the homes. One office carries the site plan, the architecture and the schedule, so the answer to any question about your lot is in the same building as the people drawing your house.

✓Homesites released in phases, with a site plan you can read
✓Architectural Collection plans drawn for these lots
✓Design session at the Auburn Hills studio
