I purchased a condo in Michigan that looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1970s. I would have been happy with the silver – but I absolutely love the gold. His eye for design made all the difference. When he asked if I wanted a bidet, I honestly didn't know much about them. Claude and his team installed our new roof in 2022, just after we purchased our home. They did a great job in a timely fashion, and the roof is beautiful. What a great help Claude was to us when we conferred with him about how to bring more light into the home-- his team installed both skylights and sun tunnels, which we LOVE! Claude also recommended that we update our front door with a glass panel, which we later did. He was so right. The front entry is much brighter. Another bonus was our conversation with Claude about installing new wooden flooring. He had a referral for a person to remove the ceramic tile (who did a great job) and also helped our selection of a fine Michigan hardwood flooring company. The flooring on our entire first floor is gorgeous. In summary, Claude has excellent taste and great contacts!

I explained the issues I found with my home. He made an appointment with my Husband and I that week. He explained how my water damage would not be covered by our insurance, even though this happened behind our siding where you can’t see the damage. Claude was there for the insurance inspection to try to help us get this damaged covered. The insurance claim was denied. Claude surveyed the damage and came up with a solution and gave us a time frame in which he could start the work. Claude is very cost conscience and went over a couple options. We had to replace the siding on the back of the house, also replacing windows, doors and the deck. Claude went above and beyond our expectations with the outcome of a beautiful custom deck, not to mention the siding, windows and doors. This was more than we could have imagined. He always used quality material. Claude work beside his Team and would make deliveries of materials at all hours and on the weekend to ensure the team had what they needed. I was also so impressed and must give a huge shout out to his Team leaders. Ted and Robin, they are the most polite, respectful workers one could every ask for. The work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. If they were going to be later than discussed, they would text me and let me know when they would be at my house. Once any area was completed, they asked for approval before starting the next area. He met with us and showed us what he had to offer. We accepted his quote and he exceeded our expectations.
