He explained how my water damage would not be covered by our insurance, even though this happened behind our siding where you can’t see the damage. Claude was there for the insurance inspection to try to help us get this damaged covered. The insurance claim was denied. Claude surveyed the damage and came up with a solution and gave us a time frame in which he could start the work. Claude is very cost conscience and went over a couple options. We had to replace the siding on the back of the house, also replacing windows, doors and the deck. Claude went above and beyond our expectations with the outcome of a beautiful custom deck, not to mention the siding, windows and doors. This was more than we could have imagined. He always used quality material. Claude work beside his Team and would make deliveries of materials at all hours and on the weekend to ensure the team had what they needed. I was also so impressed and must give a huge shout out to his Team leaders. Ted and Robin, they are the most polite, respectful workers one could every ask for. The work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. If they were going to be later than discussed, they would text me and let me know when they would be at my house. Once any area was completed, they asked for approval before starting the next area. If you need any home improvements, I highly recommend Grandville Constructions, you will not be disappointed in the workmanship, quality, cost, time or communications.

Claude and his team did plenty of work on my house. They installed new gutters all the way around, new siding, new installation in the attic, and built me a brand new porch! Everyone was CLEAN and precise. The work came out beautifully. Even when I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, Claude had some helpful suggestions to make everything turn out the best way it could. Claude and his company did a commercial job for me opening up a wall between 2 units so a Tenant could expand. They worked with my timing and within my budget. Claude went out of his way to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the job and that everything looked great! I would definitely work with him again.

Claude is as good as it gets! We have had multiple issues with our home and he has led us all the way through each. He and his team are skilled, professional, and timely. Claude is a premiere builder. His work is first class, and I can personally say he looks at the work as if it's on his personal home. If he would not except the work for his own home, it will never be tolerated on your project. Claude was the best. He started our home In April 2018 and finished it May of 2019. He did an Amazing job. I'm in the trades and was very leery on hiring a builder I didnt personally know. He met with us and showed us what he had to offer. We accepted his quote and he exceeded our expectations. He continues to exceed our expectations by stopping by or texting us to check in and makes sure things are perfect. Anything we've needed fixed hes taken care of. His contractors were fantastic to work with. At no point did any of them try to cut any corners. Because of how Claude handled building our home we have referred him to other friends, and customers.

Grandville replaced our master bathroom 2 years ago- yesterday we saw a leak- Claude and his team responded immediately and came out same day to fix it. Greatly appreciated- super quick response!!

Highly recommend Claude and his team! They replaced our old windows and installed new siding and gutters on our lakefront home last year. Because our house has had multiple additions over the years, it was a challenging project with a lot of hidden issues from previous cut corners. Claude paid amazing attention to detail, pointing out these problem areas and fixing them correctly. Communication was excellent, and Claude even proactively corrected a few things he wasn't happy with without being asked. Exceptional integrity and craftsmanship—we will definitely use him again for our next project!
