Concrete drive-thru lanes, replaced in sections.
The short answer
Lemus Concrete breaks out and replaces worn drive-thru lanes and the pads at the window and the menu board for restaurants, banks and pharmacies across Oakland County. A free lot walk photographs the lane and the approaches and sorts what has failed from what can wait.

Who replaces a concrete drive-thru lane?
A concrete contractor, not a paver. When we searched drive thru concrete replacement in Michigan on Oct 18 2026, Google answered with driveway pages: not one of the first 19 results was about a drive-thru lane. Lemus has poured parking lots, trucking terminals and industrial flatwork for over 20 years.
Can the drive-thru stay open?
A lane is closed while new concrete cures, so the question is how it is split up and when. Phasing, night and weekend work: owner to confirm. The walk report shows the sections and the order they would go in, so the closure can be planned with the store.

Questions
Drive-thru lanes: questions managers ask.
Do you work for chains and facility-maintenance networks?
Yes, on a work order. The vendor packet (insurance certificate and W-9 on request) is on the page for property managers.
Can you replace just the window pad?
Yes. The report lists the lane in sections, so the worst section can be done first and the rest budgeted.
Do you do asphalt?
No. Lemus pours concrete only. Where a lot is asphalt and the lane is concrete, we do the concrete.
