A line-item concrete bid your board can compare.
The short answer
For condo and HOA boards and their management companies: Lemus Concrete walks the community's private drives, curbs and walks for free and sends a dated photo report and a line-item bid, so the board can set it beside the other two at the meeting and fund it in this year's or next year's budget.

How should a board compare concrete bids?
Line by line. A lump sum cannot be compared with another lump sum; a list of each walk, curb run and drive section with its quantity can. The report photographs each item, so a board member who was not on the walk can see what is being paid for.
When should a board ask for the walk?
Before the budget is set. Most boards set next year's maintenance line in late summer and fall, and the work itself runs from spring to the last pours before frost.

Email the form or ask for the certificate of insurance and W-9; the walk can be booked the same day.

2 of 5 lines wait on the owner. They show as notes until Lemus confirms them.
Questions
For hoa and condo boards: questions.
Will someone come to the board meeting?
Attending a board meeting: owner to confirm. The report and the line-item bid are written so they can be read without anyone in the room.
Can the work be split over two budget years?
Yes. That is what the three buckets are for: fix now, this year, budget for next year.
Do you work through our management company?
Yes. The manager can book the walk and receive the report; the bid can be addressed to the association.
